❣ to relax after a period of work or tension.
❣to undo or be undone after winding or being wound.

I’m always up for a lovely cuppa’ tea, a good book, and tranquil music.
Unwinding is something everyone should do, young or old. It allows you to reflect on what’s happened and what’s going to happen in life.
Unfortunately, not everyone has the time to unwind for hours, including me.

Here are my tips on how you can unwind, in a short period of time.

1. Lighting for the occasion.
Mood plays a huge role in lighting.
Sadness often goes with darkness and happiness with light. Light yo’ self a candle during any mood. I definitely recommend a soft, flower or candy sort of scent, something that is strong so you can smell it but not strong enough to knock you out with nausea or faintness.

2. Heat up the day.
Warmed milk, English tea accompanied by a french baguette. This multi-cultured treat is definitely a mood changer! There’s NO way you won’t lighten up after a lovely cup of tea !?

3. Bubble Up.
The title says it all, bubble up.
Don’t end your day without bubbling up your mood, and your tub.

( For your bubble bath: Like the candle, a soft, flower or candy sort of scent is definitely a game changer !)

[Ps: I apologise for saying “changer” a gazillion times]

4. Layer up.
Find the perfect facial mask that will react well with your skin ! Get a facial mask that will help with the areas you feel need to be layered or helped .

5. Find the perfect reading extract.
Reading is normally a time consuming activity . Finding a reading extract rather than a book will allow you to of course, read and to in this case, unwind.

I hoped this will help you to unwind and get some “me ” time!

{ I have got so much more tips that I’d like to share with you lovelies, please stay tuned for that!}
Hugs and kisses
